Government bids, done for you.
I put your whole government bid together: every must-have item checked, every form filled, the written parts done. You set your price and sign. You pay only after you've seen the finished bid and you're happy with it.
Why most small companies never bid
Cities, school boards, hospitals and the province post hundreds of jobs every month. Small companies want the work. The paperwork is what stops them.
Missing one item can sink you
A missing form, signature or certificate can get a bid rejected before anyone reads your price.
Pages to read
Rules, deadlines and must-have items are spread across the package and every addendum.
Different portals
Alberta Purchasing Connection, Bonfire, SAP Ariba, MERX, bids&tenders. Each one works differently.
How it works
You keep running your business. I handle the paperwork.
Tell me the job
Send the job name or number. I can pull the documents myself.
Free checklist in 24 hours
Every must-have item, deadline and site visit, plus an honest answer on whether the job fits your company.
I prepare the bid
You send your WCB letter, insurance and references. I fill the forms and write the written parts. You set the prices.
You approve and submit
Review it, ask for changes, then sign and upload. I can walk you through the upload. You never share your passwords.
Simple flat prices
Quoted before I start. Paid by e-Transfer only after you've seen the finished bid and said yes. No cut of your contract, ever.

My promise: if your bid gets thrown out for a missing item I was responsible for, you get 100% of your money back, and your next bid is free.
Nobody honest can promise you'll win. I promise a complete, correct bid.
Doesn't cover your price, a late upload on your side, or documents you didn't send.
One company per job
I never prepare bids for two competitors on the same job.
Your information stays private
Your prices, documents and references are used only for your bid.
You stay in charge
You set every price, approve every page and sign the bid yourself.
Hi, I'm Mowlid
I'm based in Edmonton and I help small Alberta companies apply for government work. I use software to read long tender packages quickly, and I check every line myself. That's how I keep a full bid at $500 instead of the $1,500 or more that bid writers usually charge.
Questions
Do you guarantee I'll win?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. The buyer picks the winner, usually on price and quality. I make sure your bid is complete, correct and clear, so you have a real shot.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. You upload the final bid from your own account. I can walk you through it on a screen share.
Who sets the price?
You do. I lay out the pricing sheet and help you check you haven't missed any costs, but every number is your decision.
Which portals do you work with?
Alberta Purchasing Connection, Bonfire (Euna), SAP Ariba, MERX and bids&tenders, used by the province, cities, school boards and health services.
How fast?
The checklist comes back within 24 hours of getting the documents. The full bid is usually ready to review within 3 business days, and final at least 2 business days before closing.
Is this a government service?
No. Alberta Bid Help is an independent business. I'm not connected to any government buyer and I don't hand out contracts.
Got a job closing soon?
Send me the job name or number. You'll get a free checklist of everything the bid needs within 24 hours.
